By uploading a video to GuessTheRank, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and perform the video in connection with the Service and GuessTheRank’s (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also grant each user of the Service a non-exclusive license to access your video through the Service, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such video as permitted through the functionality of the Service and under these Terms of Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the above license and that your video does not violate any third-party rights.

GuessTheRank respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask our users to do the same. You may not upload or post infringing content to the Service. If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at contact[at]guesstherank.org with the following information: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service; Your address, telephone number, and email address; A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service. You may not upload or post content that is: Inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory; False or misleading; Infringing or violative of any third-party rights; Harmful to minors; Spam or unauthorized advertising; or Malware or other harmful software.

Every clip that is being submitted by a user is manually checked by our team. Only if it corresponds to our ToS and guidelines, it will be published to the app and website. If you encounter a clip that may violate our ToS, by containing harmful video or audio, displaying the wrong game our involves cheating, you are able to report that video, which then will be checked again by our team.

GuessTheRank may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

In no event shall GuessTheRank, its officers , directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or inability to use the Service, even if GuessTheRank has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall GuessTheRank’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the Service exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Service.
